1. Personal information

1.1 We protect your personal information.
1.2 Our participants share their professional identity with the community of Conscious Business Center International (CBC), therefore they will receive promotional information about the CBC programs.
1.3 The content of some of our services and the landing page can be seen by “Visitors” (unregistered users).
1.4 With your prior consent, or when the law requires it, we will share certain information. We will keep you informed when significant changes are made to our "Terms and Conditions".
1.5 Changes to our "Terms and Conditions" will be communicated through our online platform or by other means so you can review them before continuing to use our services. If you do not agree with a change, you can close your account. Continuing with our services after the communication of the changes implies acceptance and agreement on your part.

2. Conscious Business Academy

2.1 You have access to the online student program for a period of 9 months from the day of registration. After this time the access expires.
2.2 To obtain the certificate of a “Participant of the Conscious Business Academy Program”, you agree to comply with the indicated requirements within these 270 days.
The main requirements to obtain the certificate are:
Complete all modules.
Each module includes a quiz to verify your understanding of the topic. You must complete all the quizzes in order to download the certificate (the required result is 9 out of 10).
Complete sessions with a coach facilitator of CBC.*
Complete the evaluation of the Conscious Business Academy.
* Depends on the type of the program.
2.3 If you have paid for the Conscious Business Academy program with 2 facilitation sessions, the first session with the CBC coach will be scheduled 30 days after the start of the program. The second one will be scheduled as per agreement between the participant and the assigned coach. If the rescheduling of the session with the coach is necessary, you must notify him/her in writing via email at least 24 hours before the session, otherwise you will lose that session and it will not be recovered.
2.4 Conscious Business Center reserves the right to admit and withdraw participants from its programmes.

3. Copyright

3.1 The material on the website of Conscious Business Center International S.A. - CBC, as well as the material of its programs, the learning platform, texts, images, audios, videos, products and other elements are CBC’s exclusive property. Any type of total or partial reproduction of the above mentioned content is prohibited without prior and written approval of the CBC. As established by Law, the materials are subject to Copyright. A failure to comply, meaning any reproduction, copy or any other type of use of the materials without authorization of the CBC, will result in fines and legal action.
3.2 If you wish to request an authorization to copy, translate or reproduce the material of Fred Kofman that appears on this website, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes, send your request to info@cbcinternational.org.
3.3 The use of the logo and name of the CBC is restricted and will only be authorized in exceptional cases.
3.4 The press releases and the public material of the CBC site can be reproduced free of charge, indicating the source.
3.5 While CBC encourages reciprocal links with other sites in order to give more visibility to each other, such links do not create a liability to CBC nor imply that CBC approves the information published on such sites.
