Since 2019, we have been building together a path toward conscious leadership.Today, students, collaborators, and coaches from Universidad Tecmilenio and the Conscious Business Center are already part of this transformation.

At the Conscious Business Center, we are proud to maintain a strong alliance with Tecnológico de Monterrey since 2018, focused on developing conscious leaders and coaches. Our flagship program, Conscious Business Coaching Plus (CBC Plus), has been specifically designed and adapted to certify Conscious Business Coaches, addressing the unique needs of Tecnológico de Monterrey. In addition, we have extended our impact through other training programs, benefiting collaborators, students, Campus directors, and diverse areas of management within the institution.

TEC Week: Since 2021, we launched a program for undergraduate students across 19 majors and 6 campuses, impacting 2,572 students.

Collaborators

CBC Plus Program: Targeted at program directors, student success mentors, and professors across different campuses. To date, we have trained more than 536 collaborators in our Conscious Coaching program.

Conscious Coaches

35 collaborators from TEC have been certified as coaches.
